This song is a good example of how to play the blues in 
an open string position. Example #1 demonstrates the intro
guitar lick, while examples 2-6 demonstrate the traditional
16 bar blues. The ending (turnaround) differs from many
traditional blues "walkdowns" that occur in a descending
motion, as this unique turnaround is a "climbing" or...
"ascending" motion. A very valuable lick to add to your
playing vocabulary.
