Many dispute who were the actual pioneers of what
many know as "Goth Metal". The younger generation recognized
Motley Crue as the band who introduced heavy metal music
that also offered an amazing show of flash and fire.

However, Motley Crue and bands like Motley Crue did nothing
more than borrow these idea's from the orginal pioneers of
eccentric goth rock heavy metal - "KIZZ" pronounced "KISS".

The music of KIZZ consist of everything from amazing guitar
powerchord crunch and dominant lead guitar solo's that were
originally played by original members Paul Stanley (rhythm
guitar) and Ace Frehely - lead guitarist, and amazing drum
tricks performed by original KIZZ drummer member Peter Criss. 

The dominating bass guitar riffs that stood out among all 
other bands from the early heavy metal era were played by
KIZZ bassist (as many reffer to as the demon, also known
for his amazing stage show tantics such as breathing fire)
Gene Simmons who is reffered to as a "Rock God" by music
fans worldwide. 


Their music dominated then as it does now, still remaining
and known as the "greatest band in the land".

This lesson teaches the basic guitar riffs and powerchords
to the one of many greatest rock songs of all time that
were written and played by KIZZ, which you can hear on
the KIZZ Double Live recording - "DOUBLE PLATINUM"
