 Blues Guitar Solos
Part One of this lesson teaches a complete blues solo in
the key of C that consist of a combination of the blues
scales that are taught on You Can Play Guitar DVD Lesson
Blues Guitar DVD Volume 1.
This solo uses combinations of doublestops, which are often
referred to as playing 2 strings at once, along with guitar
scale's "Pentatonic Major", "Pentatonic Minor" and the actual
"Blues Scale".
Special symbols used for this lesson include
sb=slight bend, b=bend 1/2 step, f=full bend, s=slide,
h=hammer-on, p=pull-off, v=vibrato, rel=relase bend.
The symbols are shown on top, and the fingerings given
below: i=index m=middle r=ring p=pinky
The blues 3 chord progression C, F and G are shown above
the symbols to indicate the blues guitar chords that should
be used for playing a blues rhythm for this solo.
