Angus Young Guitar Solo Review
AC/DC guitarist Angus Young is famous for being a showman
during live performances. This lesson is a simplified
version of the arpeggios Angus plays during his live guitar
solo. This makes a great speed building exercise, as
Angus begins slow, then playing faster until played at
a lightning fast speed. Arpeggio #1 is B major arpeggio
which is built upon the 1st, 3rd and 5th intervals of
B major scale. Arpeggio #2 is E minor arpeggio which is
built upon the 1st, flatted 3rd and 5th of E major scale.
Part 2 demonstrates a simple descend of B pentatonic minor
scale that Angus often plays to obtain a "bluesy" sound.
